for such time before you can put your PIN.

Continue transaction. If you want to continue press "YES"
if not, press "NO", that end your transaction.

Step8: Wait for your receipt any there is any , more importantly
Ensure you collect your own ATM card from the machine.

2] If possible always use the ATM machines of bank that issued your card.

3] Scan the environment for safety of transaction, card and cash dispenser slots, and the ATM screen message, how well lit is the ATM and non-attachment of strange objects.

4] Insert your card and press cancel to see if the card would be seized.

5] Before making a withdrawal, check your balance first. Why? If you can get your balance, that means connection to your bank server is currently active [I believe it’s also a way of refreshing the connection]. Then go on and make your withdrawal. If you can’t your balance, don’t try to make a withdrawal, you can’t be sure what the outcome will be.

6] Whenever you transact and any of these statements appear:” financial institutions not available.”,” hardware error.”, “your transaction can not be completed, your account has not be debited.” And other unsatisfactory messages don’t force it by trying over and over again. That is, don’t even try it for the second time, because the fact is all the communication is electronic- via the internet, so if there are network problems, data could get corrupted, your best bet is to cancel the transaction and remove your card. Wait some minutes or go to another ATM machine.

7] If you are to transact again either from the same machine or another one, start the operation again from step number [3]. The purpose of this is to prevent against cash dispensing error and card seizure problem.

8] If the ATM machine is displaying on its screen “Transaction processing”, wait until it completes even if is staying long. Because if you should remove your card and leave, the machine will dispense your money and your account debited.

9] Check your balance after withdrawing.

10] make sure you remove your card or wait for it to come out if you are using Wincor type ATM machine, so that you won’t forget it.
